What do we do on our weekly visits to the property?
We rotate our services on each visit. Every weekly visit includes blowing the property and removing debris. The rotated services are trimming, pruning, mowing, pulling weeks, and detail work. Extra time is spent on areas of focus like monument signs and the entrances for the property. Our irrigators will also frequently visit the property to do water adjustments and send estimates for needed repairs. Our account managers will visit monthly and provide a Site Audit Report to you.
